What We Do:
We meet you at a public access point you paddle upstream for an intensive strength and cardiovascular workout, until you achieve muscle failure or an hour whichever expires first; then you enjoy a peaceful cool down floating back at the original public access point to collect our equipment and we see you again for your next Kayak adventure.
Why We Do:
Anaerobic, low impact, full body workout, Rowing is considered one of the best fitness activities for many years due to its low impact and extensive range of muscle groups targeted. So much so, they created the rowing machine in an attempt to recreate its cardiovascular and strength training benefits. The rowing machine was created on accessibility and hugely successful. The mechanics of Kayaking unfortunately cannot be replicated due to waters perpetual motion and random changes of resistance, so because of accessibility we all settled for a 2nd rate fitness alternative. We make rowing accessible, so you don’t have to rely on 2nd rate fitness options anymore. Whether you want to enjoy exercise, change up your workout regime and make it fun for a change or just need help training for the ironman visit us at kayakercise we will provide the life long memories and a good story.
